Free Lunch & Learn
A one-hour working session for teams that turn complex information into reports and presentations. We use your own material to show how fewer words, purposeful visuals, and story-driven charts help your audience understand, and act.

Reports built on complex material get heavy fast. The insight is in there, but the audience has to dig for it, and your expertise feels diluted.
What your team will learn
We don’t teach from generic examples. We take a slide or page your team is actually working on and walk through the steps to make it clearer, live.
1
Structure the story before the slide. Find the one point that matters, lead with it, and cut what competes with it.
2
Use layout, hierarchy, and emphasis to guide the viewer from start to finish, so the page supports understanding instead of slowing it down.
3
Build data visualizations that tie directly to the narrative, so every chart proves the point the headline makes.
How it works
Every Lunch & Learn is tailored. A short pre-event call is required so we understand your work and choose the right material before your team sits down.
Step 1
We learn about your team, your audiences, and where your reports get stuck.
Step 2
You share a current slide or page. We prepare the session around it.
Step 3
One hour, on Zoom or in person depending on your location, for a group of 12 or more.
Step 4
Your team leaves with clear steps they can apply to the next deliverable.
Is this a fit?
If your team creates presentations and reports that guide critical decisions, and those deliverables need to be shared up the chain and acted on, this session is for you.

This program gave my team practical tools to create stronger report stories, both in how they’re written and how they come to life in presentation design. The customized training used real examples from our work, which made the concepts immediately relevant.
